AmericanElectionHQ provides election information and informal public polling for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, political, or electoral advice. It is not a substitute for official information from your state or local election authority.

Participation in polls on this platform does not constitute any form of official voting and has no effect on any actual election.

Polls on this platform are voluntary, self-selected, and not conducted using scientific sampling methods. Results do not represent the views of the general population or any defined demographic group, and should not be interpreted as representative or predictive polling data.

We display results for informational and engagement purposes. Results may be affected by organized participation efforts, bot activity, or other factors outside our control. For a full explanation of how polls work and how to interpret results, see our Methodology page.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fabricated, or intentionally misleading responses
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to submit multiple responses or manipulate poll results
• Attempt to circumvent session-based deduplication or rate limiting
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law, including laws governing political advertising or data privacy

We reserve the right to remove responses that are flagged as suspicious or manipulated from displayed results, at our sole discretion.

We make reasonable efforts to keep election information accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Election dates, candidate information, and other data may change. Always verify election information through official sources.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
